Understanding Ontological Coaching and How to Apply it in your Coaching

1 hour of Core Competency + 1 hour of Resource Development

Make sure you come to experience a historical leader in the coaching world. This will impact your confidence and the depth of your coaching!

Newfield Network, founded by Julio Olalla, is one of the eight original coaching schools that formed the ICF and developed the powerful methodology of ontological coaching.

This presentation is a unique opportunity to study with the lineage holder of the ontological tradition, Veronica Olalla Love. She will introduce you to the basic foundational models from which this style of coaching emerges. You will be guided through transformational exercises, enabling you to begin to embody the fundamental ontological models. With these new distinctions, you will be able to immediately deepen your coaching skills.

In Veronica’s presentation, you will:

  • learn the basic framework for the OAR and BEL model
  • apply the OAR and BEL model to in-class exercises enabling a beginning level of embodiment and integration of learning
  • be able to directly apply new distinction learned to their coaching practice
As we wrap up the year of Education at ICF Oregon, let’s go out with a huge showing of members to honor and welcome Veronica to our chapter!
