ICF Lunch and Learn Webinar

“Legally Protecting Your Business”

presented by Gene Policastri

Join Gene Policastri to discuss the critical language that should be included in every coaching – client contract or services agreement. Learn all the elements you need to know to have a secure contract that your clients will want to sign, that they will understand, and that will protect you.

A well drafted contract that is elegant, gracious, and yet keeps you secure is what you need for your coaching practice. It helps enroll clients and keeps disputes to a minimum. If you have not had an attorney familiar with the coaching community draft your contract, this is the workshop you won't want to miss!

The core competencies covered are:

1.      Establishing the coaching agreement

2.      Setting appropriate guidelines and parameters of the relationship including payment of fees and managing risk

3.      Drafting an effective scope of services that clearly communicates to the client that coaching is not therapy, consulting or other professional services

The webinar is conversational style and will cover the above topic areas including contract basics, sample contract clauses that should be in your contracts, and a review of contract language that was recently criticized by a court.

At the conclusion of the webinar Gene will stay on the call for a question and answer session about the topics covered, or any topic you would like to address. So, come prepared with your questions!

Can't make the date and time?
No worries. All registrants will have access to a recording of the webinar. Go ahead and register so you don't miss out!

Need CCEU's? Yes, this qualifies for 1.5 Resource Hours!
